Hello! I'm Bonnie,  a former public school teacher who has transitioned into teaching yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. I am fiercely motivated to offer relevant and immediately applicable professional development opportunities to anyone who works with children.

Together with my colleague, Carrie Dennison,  we have developed a series of professional learning courses tailored to educators affected by trauma. Through a combination of body based practices and interactive lectures, educators will gain skills to begin using in their classrooms immediately. We focus on readily applicable and actionable tasks that leave educators feeling empowered, rather than overwhelmed.

Mindful Teaching. Meaningful Impact.

96% of Montgomery County educators reported they were “very or extremely equipped to handle behavior challenges” compared to 70.3% prior to this course.

Our course will be tailored to your needs, depending on time available and what content would most benefit your environment.  If you have other ideas not listed here, please ask!  We would love collaborate and customize content to meet the needs of your unique community.
