ONE EXAMPLE: 
Suggestions for when parents are not honoring the schedule:
- if the day ends at 5pm, have all the children in jackets and backpacks waiting on the carpet/outside the door by 5:05pm. Make it very clear that childcare is DONE for the day.
- Consider implementing an extra financial charge for parents who are consistently late.
- If the problem continues, consider discharging the children from your care. (if that is an option for you financially.)
